A&C Growth builds AI products, including Kestrali and Prospect Monitor, alongside client systems for industrial distributors. The work starts with a business question: what needs to improve, what is holding it back, and what would be worth changing?
How we build
Engineering and analytics applied to bounded operational problems.
Building a product means connecting the full workflow—not just demonstrating what a model can generate. We define the business rule, trace the source data, make the output reviewable, and keep the customer's experts in authority. The same discipline applies to an analysis, an ERP integration, an assistant in Teams or email, or a custom application.

Principles - How we work, in seven sentences.
The investigation is designed to reduce uncertainty without overstating what the records prove.
- One workflow at a time.. We scope one problem, prove it on your real cases, and only then talk about the next one.
- Use what you already own first.. If your ERP, a report, or a process change solves it, we say so and stop there.
- Routine work goes to software. Judgment goes to people.. Your people know things the data doesn’t, and that knowledge is the asset.
- Money math is deterministic.. AI reads documents and drafts messages. Calculations, pricing rules, and controls are conventional code you can inspect and rerun.
- Fixed fee, written scope, written acceptance criteria.. Agreed before the work starts. The review may find nothing worth fixing, and the fee covers the work either way.
- Evidence, not claims.. Every finding comes with the transaction, the rule, and the calculation behind it. No savings percentages we can’t show the math for.
- Built to be handed over.. Documented, owned by you, runnable without us. We’d rather you come back because it worked than because you’re stuck.

That experience informs the data and integration work here. It is adjacent manufacturing-technology experience, rather than a claim of a completed distributor pricing or order-automation deployment.
