What if you’re fixing the wrong thing?
The Fix-First Planner compares proposed improvements against demand and the capacity of the whole flow. See which changes could raise output, where the next limit appears, and what needs evidence before approving a project.
Try the Fix-First Planner →No email or uploads. Start with the fictional sample; your own analysis needs evidence from your team.
Take to your next leadership meeting
- A side-by-side comparison of the proposed changes.
- A conditional contribution range, if you supply the assumptions.
- The missing evidence and a small test with an owner and guardrails.
A simplified capacity model, not an automatic diagnosis or a promise of savings. Unknowns stay unknown.
Start here if the bottleneck is unclear
Where should we focus?
A Theory of Constraints–informed worksheet for the owner and the people doing the work. Define the business outcome, trace actual orders, challenge your first explanation, and plan one measurable experiment.
You keep an evidence-gathering plan and a testable hypothesis—not an automated diagnosis from a few quiz answers.

Missed Price Checker
Did an approved customer price reach the invoice? Use CSV exports or paste from Excel and leave with the line-level evidence, missing records, and a review list.
Separate private workspace. Files stay on your device. No email required.
- Give it to
- Your pricing manager or controller, with help from the ERP export owner.
- Bring
- Invoice lines and approved, dated customer/item prices for one supplier and period. Column mapping, an Excel workbook, and paste-from-Excel inputs are included.
- Leave with
- A review CSV, a team brief, and specific records to validate. Potential differences remain separate from recovered cash.
- Time to allow
- A few minutes for the sample. Preparing your own exports depends on your ERP and agreements.

Give open quotes a next action.
Take 20 meaningful open quotes from one branch. Have the sales lead record the owner, customer timing, most recent contact, and next action. Separate a legitimate wait from a quote nobody owns.
Useful output: a follow-up list your team can use today, and a clearer view of where a reminder or integration would help.

Find the order-entry work to remove.
Observe a mix of ordinary and awkward orders. Record the minutes spent re-entering information, checking it, making a decision, and correcting errors. Include the time spent reviewing any proposed automation.
Useful output: a baseline for a small pilot and the checks your team needs to keep. Capacity released is not automatically a cash saving.

Bring the general finding, who owns the work, and what you want to change. A pricing issue may suit the 10-Day Pricing & Cost Check. A quote or order bottleneck can go directly into a scoped workflow project.
