Workflow inquiries
The contact form is provided by HubSpot. The name, email, company, and description you submit are sent to A&C Growth through HubSpot so we can respond and manage the conversation. The form also loads HubSpot and CAPTCHA resources, which receive connection and browser information used to operate the form and protect it from spam.
Leave out confidential records, customer names, prices, and documents. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in a newsletter. We retain inquiry and engagement records to handle the relationship and applicable recordkeeping needs. Contact us about retention or a deletion request; we will explain any records we need to retain.
Scheduling and email
The scheduling link takes you to Calendly, where you choose a time and provide booking details under that service’s notice. Email uses your own email provider. These alternatives work without accepting optional website analytics.
Optional website measurement
When enabled and you accept analytics, PostHog receives limited events about page visits, sample-case selections, resource download starts, and successful inquiry submissions. We use them to understand which work is useful. They do not include your form text, sample edits, customer records, prices, documents, or arbitrary URL parameters. We do not use session replay or person profiles.
Your browser stores your accepted or declined preference. After acceptance, it can also keep a known landing page, resource identifier, and an approved campaign identifier for the current tab session. That limited context can accompany an inquiry in configured HubSpot fields. Anonymous analytics identifiers stay in memory. Declining or withdrawing consent stops optional event collection and clears the website’s session attribution. Withdrawal does not remove events already received.
Examples, templates, and tools
The RFQ walkthrough uses sample records. The online Review Kit is for sample information; edits are held in page memory and clear when you reset, reload, or leave. Its templates assemble clarification questions without a model or document upload. Use the downloaded workbook in your own approved workspace for real records.
The standalone Missed Price Checker and Fix-First Planner have their own local-processing workspaces with no analytics, external assets, or network connections from the tools. Their specific limits appear within each tool.
Service providers and access logs
Website hosting and service providers necessarily receive network requests, including IP addresses and browser information. The application does not deliberately log inquiry contents or sample edits. Project-specific access, processing providers, locations, and retention are agreed separately before approved samples or customer-system access are shared.
